The Ford Bronco is one of our brand’s most famous models, and it’s been a crowd favorite for decades. This is why Ford decided to finally return it to its lineup. The 2021 Ford Bronco, however, isn’t your father’s SUV, as this Ford model now has many new and improved features.

Power and Performance

The base engine in the Ford Bronco is a turbocharged 2.3-liter inline four-cylinder that produces 270 horsepower and 310 lb.-ft. of torque. You can also opt for the twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 that will give you 310 horsepower and 400 lb.-ft. of torque. A 10-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive come standard, but you can swap those out for a seven-speed manual transmission and all-wheel drive instead.

If you plan to tackle some of the rougher terrain around Shelbyville, there are plenty of off-road amenities you can outfit your Ford Bronco with. These include electronic locking front and rear differentials, beadlock-capable wheels, long-travel dampers, and 35-inch mud-terrain tires. You will also have a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds.

Tech and Safety

All new Ford models come with the latest tech features, and the Ford Bronco is no exception. An infotainment system with an eight-inch touchscreen, Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ integration, and a Wi-Fi hot spot come standard. You can also upgrade to get a 12-inch touchscreen and a navigation system.

The Ford Bronco also has many built-in features to help keep you safe, including parking sensors and automatic high-beam headlights. There are also several available safety features, such as blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic emergency braking.
